      I've been. Gluten-free for about 4 years now. It's not easy to do but I feel so much better, I couldn't go back.

      Thanks you. I've been gf for 8+ years. It was such a pain at first (so many more options now!), but I feel better. Started BC of endometriosis and keep doing it BC of Fibromyalgia and I just feel better.

      i have just recently just been diagnosed with celiac disease and I'm finding it really hard eating gluten free foods, does it get easier over time ??

      I eat gluten free because my hubby has celiac disease....diagnosed 18 years ago. GF Food is so much better these days and more available!
