Salt & Pepper
Preheat the oven to 425. Wash okra, pat dry and put it onto a baking sheet. (I don’t even cut off the tops.) Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and toss to coat okra in olive oil. Make sure all of the okra is flat on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, then toss the okra to make sure it browns evenly. Cook for another 10 minutes. Season with more salt and pepper to taste.
