Ingredients
1 cup Polenta
3-¼ cups G-Free Chicken Broth
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 8" x 8" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour in broth, add polenta. Stir with a fork until well distributed. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and stir with a fork to blend well. (You may need to add 2-3 tablespoon of broth or water, if mixture seems very dry.) Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes more. Serve with your favorite pasta sauce.
Note: easy to double in a 9" x 13" baking dish.
