No Bake Chocolate Cookies


  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp G- Free Vanilla
  • 3 cups G-Free Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut, unsweetened


Bring sugar, butter, cocoa, milk and vanilla to a rolling boil. Add the gluten free oats and coconut. Form into balls and place on waxed paper and allow to harden in the refrigerator. Enjoy.
