- 8 ounces cubed cream cheese, chilled
- 1 stick butter, room-temperature
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp Gluten Free Vanilla Extract
- 2 1/2 to 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
Using an electric mixer, beat 8 ounces cubed chilled cream cheese with 1 stick room-temperature butter, vanilla and salt until creamy. Add the confectioners’ sugar 1 cup at a time, beating until smooth after each addition – add sugar until you’ve reached desired thickness.
