Bakery on Main’s Gluten Free Instant Oatmeal: We love Bakery on Main’s Gluten Free Instant Oatmeal, and we think you will too. The oats are certified Gluten Free, and blended with chia, quinoa, flax & more to add texture + nutrition. The Strawberry Shortcake & Apple Pie flavors are on the sweeter side, and the Maple Muffin flavor makes a great topping for a quick fruit crisp: a few berries with a bit of sugar + cornstarch in two ramekins, a packet of the oatmeal mixed with a splash of olive oil spread evenly on top, 12 minutes at 350 degrees, and done!
ENZO Organic Meyer Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil: I’m a little obsessive about olive oil, and I love using infused oils when they’re done well. This is a smooth, fresh-tasting organic EVOO, infused with REAL Meyer Lemon – no random flavorings here. Use it to make incredible vinaigrette, or just drizzle it directly over tomatoes & salads with some salt + pepper & a splash of your favorite vinegar. LOVE.
G-Free Foodie Rocking Peach Salsa: I make versions of this salsa all summer long, and our incredible friends at The Painted Table put it in jars for you! Pour it over cream cheese, add it to plain Greek yogurt, spoon it on grilled pork or fish, top tacos – or just scoop it up with chips. I also love to saute shrimp in a bit of salt, pepper, olive oil & a few tablespoons of this salsa, and serve it over rice with green onions. Delish.
