We recently had the privilege of trying a few flavors of Parmesan Cheese Crisps from The Kitchen Table Bakers.  Currently there are eight flavors in the line, Aged Parmesan, Sesame, Rosemary, Flax Seed, Garlic, Italian Herb, Jalapeno and Everything.  For our tasting we tried Sesame, Everything and Aged Parmesan.  On our panel there were a few cheese lovers and one cheez-whiz lover.  The cheese lovers were amazed at the first taste.  The flavor and texture of these little crisps left nothing to be desired.  And while the cheez-whiz lover didn’t love the first bite, she was a fan by the third bite.

Parmesan Crisps are the perfect addition to a Caesar salad, they’ll add such a sophisticated flavor and delicious crunch, you won’t even miss the croutons.  They can also be served by themselves or with a dip.  And if you were a fan of Everything bagels, I recommend grabbing the Everything crisp, add a smear of cream cheese and enjoy!

Barry Novick of Kitchen Table Bakers has this to say about their product.  “Our goal was to create a Gourmet product that would satisfy even the most discerning palate while meeting diverse nutritional requirements. What we ended up with was a product that was Wheat Free, Gluten Free, Trans Fat Free, Sugar Free, Rich in Calcium and Protein, Naturally Low in Calories and Carbs. We never wavered from our philosophy that The Kitchen Table Bakers™ would use only the highest quality aged cheeses and seasonings.”

We love the dedication to quality!  You will definitely want to keep a stash of these in the pantry.
