I had a great time at the Celiac Disease Foundation National Education Conference and Gluten Free Expo! I go to this every year and love supporting CDF’s mission! I always learn something new at their conference and have a great time meeting SoCal readers at the Pasadena Convention Center. I’m talking about CDF today because I’m actually putting together a prize pack from the Conference and Expo for you to win during our #CDAM15 giveaway! Read below to see some of the things I saw at the CDF National Education Conference and Gluten Free Expo!
I never get to meet who wins my gift back, but I hope they liked it! CDF always has the best raffle prizes and you know that you’re giving back to a great cause! This is why I love the CDF Conference and Expo!
First and foremost, CDF Conference and Expo is an education conference – which is why I support this so much. We sat second row to Dr. Joseph Murray as he spoke about CELIAC 101. I always learn so much from him! To hear more about follow-up celiac disease care based on my thoughts from the Dr. Murray talk at CDF – visit my blog on GlutenFreeandMore.com!
I bought a giant box full of vegan gluten-free dairy-free mac & cheese! These shelf-stable boxes are perfect for my random mac & cheese cravings while keeping me away from dairy and gluten. Thanks Maplegrove Foods!
Because…Tito’s vodka. I really took this photo and meant to send it directly to Gluten Dude, but I just found it hiding on my phone. Support Tito’s – great company!
Who needs artificial dyes when you’ve got Color Garden! I originally met these guys at ShiftCon eco-wellness conference and I’ve really fallen in love with their dyes. You CAN create beautiful colors naturally!
I know I’ve been talking about Pamela’s Products new products since Expo West in March but you should definitely check these out! They are so rich and buttery – you’re just going to love them!
Authentic Foods is one of CDF’s biggest supporters. They’re showing off their very pliable dough! They’ve got so many mixes and products that are all celiac safe.
An extra special love shout out to some amazing bloggers that were there for the team: Gluten Free Gal, Gluten is my Bitch, Ginger & Fox Bakeshop/A Girl Defloured, and Raising Jack with Celiac! Please check these guys out and show them some gluten free love!
Thanks to everyone who came out and saw my presentation about living a HAPPY AND HEALTHY life after diagnosis. I love being able to talk to people about my personal experiences as a celiac and I love being able to help spread accurate information about testing for celiac disease and living a healthy life with proper follow-up care. Thank you thank you thank you all for your support! Without you guys, I wouldn’t be able to get in front of people and help share my story!
I put together some great samples and coupons from the 2015 Celiac Disease Foundation Conference and Expo for you guys! Follow the terms and conditions of the Rafflecopter below in order to enter to win!
