Here are 5 surprisingly delicious Gluten Free superfoods that may keep your waistline in check and your taste buds in heaven.

    • 1. Pears

Pears are packed with nutritious fiber. Six grams of it! And that means they’re great at filling you up. Pack 1 in your lunch to curb your cravings.

    • 2. Pomegranate Seeds (Arils)

Next time you see these little guys in the store, pick them up before the secret gets out. They pack a powerfully healthy punch—a great low-calorie snack for satisfying that sweet tooth.

    • 3. Avocados

Smooth, rich and totally tasty. Avocados might be high in fat—but they’re known to reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease. So next time you’re counting calories, don’t feel guilty about the guacamole.

    • 4. Dark Chocolate

Here’s a fact that’s hard not to like: chocolate’s a superfood! But not all chocolate’s the same. Stick to the dark kind and limit it to 100 calories a day.

    • 5. Peanut Butter

Next time you’re making a PB&J (on G-Free bread!) for the kids, keep that jar out for you. Peanut butter’s deliciously filling, high in protein and nutritious too. Yum.
