    Gluten Free Peanut Butter Blossoms

    Ingredients

    1 cup smooth peanut butter
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 egg
    1 bag of chocolate kisses

    Directions

    Blend the peanut butter, sugar, and eggs in a bowl. Roll inch round balls and put on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. When they come out, stick chocolate kisses on top until crinkly. Allow to cool.

    Variation: Before putting cookies in the oven, use thumb to press down middle of cookies. Bake as directed above. When they come out, put 1 Tablespoon of strawberry jam in the centers. Allow to cool.
