Hillori’s Favorite Green Smoothie

We call these green smoothies because they are thicker than traditional juice, but lots of folks add extra liquid when blending to make a more juice-like consistency. It’s up to you.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple cored
  • large handful of kale
  • 1 celery stick
  • 2 sprigs mint leaves
  • Juice of 1–2 lemons or limes
  • 1 inch piece of ginger or turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2-4 cups liquid to cover ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until well incorporated and enjoy!
