This refreshing Paloma recipe is made with fresh grapefruit juice, tequila & club soda. Good times optional, but encouraged.
Servings: 1 cocktail
- Kosher salt
- 1 Grapefruit wedge
- 2 parts tequila or mescal
- 3 parts fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 part simple syrup sugar syrup
- Squeeze of lime juice
- Club soda
Pour some Kosher salt on a small plate. Rub the rim of a highball glass with the grapefruit wedge and then dip it in the salt. Combine the tequila, grapefruit juice, simple syrup and a squeeze of lime juice in the glass and stir. Fill with ice, and top with club soda. Garnish with the grapefruit wedge.
