Paloma with Fresh Grapefruit Juice

This refreshing Paloma recipe is made with fresh grapefruit juice, tequila & club soda. Good times optional, but encouraged.

Ingredients

  • Kosher salt
  • 1 Grapefruit wedge
  • 2 ounces tequila or mescal
  • 3 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 ounces simple syrup
  • Squeeze of lime juice
  • Club soda
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Pour some Kosher salt on a small plate. Rub the rim of a highball glass with the grapefruit wedge and then dip it in the salt.
  • Combine the tequila, grapefruit juice, simple syrup and a squeeze of lime juice in the glass and stir.
  • Fill with ice, and top with club soda. Garnish with the grapefruit wedge.
