- 3 tablespoon Gluten Free flour blend or rice flour
- 3 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups milk
- 2½ cups sharp Cheddar cheese grated
- 4 oz cream cheese cubed
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- Salt start with 1 teaspoon and add to taste
- Pinch white pepper
- Pinch ground cayenne pepper
In a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat, stir 3 tablespoons Gluten Free flour into 3 tablespoons melted butter and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in 1 cup heavy cream until smooth, then whisk in 2 cups milk. Simmer gently until the sauce is thick enough to coat a spoon, about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and whisk in 2 ½ cups grated sharp cheddar cheese, 4 ounces cubed cream cheese and ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Season with salt, white pepper and ground cayenne pepper.
Serve warm!
