Heirloom Tomato Vinaigrette

This easy salad dressing is made with heirloom tomatoes & is perfect on any salad!
Try this Heirloom Tomato Vinaigrette on quinoa, pasta salad or grain bowls too.

Ingredients

  • 1 shallot minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 oz sherry vinegar
  • 2 oz olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon organic cane or palm sugar
  • 8 oz heirloom tomatoes, blended or 1 jar Balakian Farms Organic Blended Tomatoes
  • Sea salt & fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl, check for seasoning.  Add more salt and pepper if needed.
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, tightly sealed.
