Preheat oven to 350 F. Place a wire rack over a rimmed baking sheet.
Place bacon slices in a single even layer across wire rack. Bake the bacon for 20-30 minutes, depending on how crisp you want the bacon (check it after 20 minutes).
Remove the bacon from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use remaining bacon fat to cook something else right away, or our it into a container, and seal and refrigerate for later use.
