Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Chocolate Pumpkin Frosting

- 1 15 oz. can pumpkin
- 3 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ΒΌ cups Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
Heat the pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a large saucepan over medium heat and cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring often. Remove the mixture from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Continue stirring until all the chips are melted and the frosting is smooth. Allow to cool completely, stirring occasionally. Then top a cake or cupcakes!
