Ingredients
8oz cream cheese
½ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup dried cranberries
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. gluten free vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
4-6 fresh basil leaves, julienne (optional, but so good!)
Directions
Combine all ingredients with a hand mixer or standing mixer. Use to top fresh or dried fruit (we love it in fresh apricots or grilled peaches!)
