- 1 ½ ounces Campari
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Corn Kernels or ½ ounce fresh corn juice.
- 4 Cherry Tomato Halves
- 1 ounce Gin
- Sage leaf
In a mixing glass, muddle corn, tomato halves and gin, add Campari.
Shake well with ice and double strain into chilled cocktail glass. Float a sage leaf on top as garnish.
