Simple Fruit Crisps with Bob’s Red Mill

Easy Gluten-Free Fruit Crisp Recipe

I’m a big fan of Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free oatmeal, so when they sent me some handy oatmeal cups in fabulous flavors, I was pretty happy. The cups are ready in 3 minutes (holla!) and come in Classic, Apple Cinnamon, Brown Sugar & Maple, and Blueberry Hazelnut flavors.

I like these Bob’s Red Mill Oatmeal Cups so much, I featured them in the Love With Food Gluten-Free Box too! And then I got to thinking – what if I thought OUTSIDE of the box (or the cup) on serving ideas? Simple Fruit Crisps with Bob’s Red Mill oatmeal were born. I used the Brown Sugar & Maple flavor, but I think Classic or Blueberry Hazelnut would be delish too.


– 1 Bob’s Red Mill Brown Sugar and Maple GF Oatmeal Cup
– 1 cup of fresh berries or diced fresh fruit
– 3 tbsp lemon juice, divided
– 3 tbsp melted butter or olive oil, divided


Preheat the oven to 375. Grease two ramekins and set on a baking sheet.

Mix together the fruit, 1/2 of the oatmeal cup, 2 tsp of the lemon juice and 1 tsp of the butter. Divide the mixture between the two ramekins.

Add the remaining lemon juice and butter to the rest of the oatmeal, stir together and sprinkle on top of the ramekins. Bake for 20-22 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling. Cool and enjoy!
