- 1 pound fresh California figs*
- 10 ounces Tuscan salami, thinly sliced
- 6 fresh fig leaves (optional)
Wash figs thoroughly under cold water, pat dry with paper towels.
Remove rind from salami.
If using fig leaves, place on large serving dish and arrange salami and figs on top.
Black Mission or Calimyrna figs recommended
