Instant Frozen Yogurt – dairy & gluten free!


  • 2 cups frozen berries*
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup So Delicious unsweetened vanilla cultured coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup


Place all ingredients in high-powered blender. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy. Scoop into 4 small bowls. Serve immediately or cover and store in freezer.

*I used frozen strawberries, but raspberries, blackberries or blueberries would work too.
