How to Make an Easy Indoor Smoker


Large rimmed baking sheet

2 reuseable grilling planks


Whatever you’re gonna smoke! Meat, fish, vegetables, mushrooms – whatever needs some smoky flavor.


Prepare your grilling planks by soaking them in water for at least 30 minutes (over an hour is better).

Heat your oven to 400°F and place the planks on a large rimmed baking sheet.

Place your seasoned food on the grilling planks, and tent the baking sheet completely & tightly with foil.

Place the sheet into the oven for the desired cook time – should be 1 hour or less.

Remove pan when cooking is completed, leave tented & cooling for at 20 minutes before removing foil.
