Gluten Free Ginger-Soy Dip (Sauce)


¼ c gluten-free soy sauce
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp minced fresh garlic
2 tsp sugar
¼ tsp sesame oil


Stir all and serve with any Asian (gluten-free of course) wontons – pot stickers or even gluten-free tempura
