Ingredients
1 c GF flour mix
½ c cashew nut flour
1 c ground/chopped cashews
1 c chopped pecans
½ c GF chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cinnamon
⅔ sticks of butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all dry ingredients excluding chopped nuts and chocolate chips.
- Add butter and mix.
- Add nuts and chocolate chips.
- On a non-greased baking ban, bake 6-7 minutes. Remove and cool at least 5 minutes.
