2 Sticks Salted Butter, softened
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Basil
1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Mix the flavoring ingredients with the softened butter, and place in an airtight container or form into a log using wax paper.
Cool down in the fridge, and use for cooking or topping grilled meats, fish or veggies.
