This Basic Hot Chocolate is simply delicious! Entirely Gluten Free, it can be made Dairy Free too with soy, coconut or almond milk.
1 tablespoon cocoa (Dutch is our favorite)
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon milk (dairy, coconut, soy or almond) or heavy cream
1 cup warmed milk (dairy, coconut, soy or almond, do not allow to boil)
Gluten Free vanilla extract, to taste
Mix the first three ingredients together in a bowl and add to the warmed milk. Pour into your favorite mug, add marshmallows if desired & enjoy!
