Back to Nature - is introducing two new flavors of crackers that are gluten-free and carry the certification mark from the Gluten Intolerance Group . Since this company makes mainly wheat-based products, I feel much more comfortable trying their new gluten-free crackers.

Baffles - are one of the few snacks that are specifically formulated to be Gluten Free and Wheat Free. They include rice and non-GMO yellow corn and are all natural snack clusters available in five flavors with only 60 calories per pack.

Bob's Red Mill has introduced two new gluten-free oat products:

- Quick Cook Oats
Clean Cravings - this product line is gluten, dairy, soy, and yeast free crusts and pizzas that are packed with whole grains and are all natural.
- Perfectly Pesto Pizza and Very Veggie Pizza
- Crusts, Mini Crusts and Rosemary Crusts
Everybody Eats - has created two new crusty breads that contain 8 grams of protein and fiber per serving that can be ordered by calling them direct, as it will take a while until they have been added to their online store.

HAPPYBABY - has added two gluten-free varieties to its organic line HAPPYBABYPUFFS line. These Puffs are the first melt-in-your-mouth organic finger food for toddlers that helps them to learn self-feeding and they are the only gluten-free puffs on the market. The puffs are rich in vitamin D and are the only baby snacks with added vitamin B and calcium. They contain half the sugar of similar products and are free of artificial colors/flavors and GMOs. They should be out by late summer.

Julie's - has added a new Lemon ice cream sandwich to make it a total of two gluten-free ice cream sandwiches. I'm very partial to the original version of two chocolate cookies with vanilla ice cream in the middle, so we hope this new version will be just as tasty.
- Lemon Ice Cream Sandwich - this sandwich is composed of lemon yogurt wrapped between two vanilla cookies.
Mi-Del - is launching two new flavors of cookie to their current line of seven types. Their products are routinely tested using the ELISA method to ensure gluten-free status as determined by the World Health Organization.

Schar - is one of my favorite companies because they are a dedicated facility and because their products are unique and tasty. I've yet to try a product from their line that we didn't like. They used to make a cracker that was shaped and tasted like pizza and I would love to be able to buy it again.

think Thin - has three new flavors of their popular line of protein bars that has 10 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber and 3 grams of sugar. The fiber content in the bar helps you stay full longer.
