    Getting through the Holidays Gluten Free can be tough!  Here are some products we love that will make Season Bright -

    Pumpkin Tart from Crave Bakery - Delicious, Gluten Free & Dairy Free too! Your gluten-eating guests will never notice, and you'll enjoy this delicious tart too!

    Pumpkin Bread from Mariposa Baking Co. - Pumpkin love - perfect for breakfast or brunch & dessert too.  We also tried the Cranberry Orange Nut Bread - the fragrance will fill up your kitchen!

    Sweet Goodness Sugar 'n Spice Pan Bars from 123 Gluten Free - this Gluten, Dairy & Nut Free mix includes recipes for Apple Spice Bars, Sweet Potato Bars & Pumpkin Bars on the box, with directions for and Egg Free version too.  Delish, easy & so good!

    Silk "Nog" - Egg Nog's not for everyone - we know. But since this Soy version from Silk is Egg-Free, maybe everyone can join in the Christmas Cheer.  PS - it's good too.

    Chocolate Truffle Brownie Mix from Gluten Free Pantry - This mix won our Gluten Free Brownie Mix Review for it’s great texture and pure chocolate flavor - want to holiday it up?  Chop some peppermint candies or mint patties for the top - holiday chocolate goodness.

      I wish to convert a favorite recipe for fruit cake to gluten free.It contains ginger beer, dried fruit, smixed spice, nutmeg and cinnamon and 2cups Self Raising Flour. I have Orgran self raising flour, but do I need to add xanthum gum to this, and how much.
