  1. I have had the hardest time going gluten free…I am so excited to hear about these products and can't wait to try them!!

  2. Since becoming celiac & pre-diabetic I have stayed away from sweets, but I sure would like to re-introduce some easy low-cal, sugar free, gluten snacks back into my diet.

  3. We love eating gf expecially since we know it is so healthy for our 2 little boys! I make everything for them and would love to try this new product as well

  4. Would love to try a different type of pasta! I do have a favorite now but I am always willing to try others. You never know when you might find a new favorite! Being in my late 20's with celiac and having always loved italian I can never get enough pasta!

  5. Being from an Italian Family, it's been hard to not have "traditional" pasta. I would love to try these to see how close they are to the "real thing"! 🙂

  6. I love to cook gf Italian food. There are 3 of us in our family that have to eat gf and having Italian food is fun for us.

  7. My daughter was just recently diagnosed with gluten allergy…she loves Italian food…It has been hard for her…Cant wait for her to try these products

  8. Are your GF products corn free? I am now having reactions to any form of it. It's difficult to find GF and corn free.

  9. My husband is Italian and loves pasta and bread, he has supported my diet change for the past 1/1/2 years and eats totally GF at home along with me! The bread basket hasn't a chance at a restaurant though.

  10. My husband is Italian and loves pasta and bread. He has totally supported me and my intolerance for the last 1 1/2 years, and eats totally GF at home. The bread basket at the restaurant hasn't a chance though!!

  11. I love Lucini's lentil soup and would love to try their farinata. I have tried making socca w regular chickpea flour but it sounds like this is a special formulation. I would LOVE to win this giveaway.

  12. Being 1/2 Italian Breads and Pastas all homemade of course were a huge, and the best, part of growing up. I was in my mid forties when I was diagnosed w/Celiac 3 years ago it has been a tough but doable transition. I look forward to trying your products.

  13. Never thought I had a problem with gluten, well… never knew what gluten was to be truthful. My daughter was diagnosed with a auto immune disorder, ehlers danlos, and one of the test they ran was for gluten intolerance. She was diagnosed with Celiac disease, which according to the doctars , one or both of your parents have to have the gene. So we have been gluten free for two years now. The positive impact that it has made on our lives and well being is amazing. If only I had known, instead of growing up with belly aches, bad skin, overweight etc. Teenage life would have been so much better. I am so glad that there is more knowledge available to the public now. As for her auto immune disorder, I am a firm believer when I say that what goes in your body affects your body! If you knew her you could literally see the results of being gluten free. Thank you for your site and all the imformation that you offer.!

  14. I love trying new GF brand! My hungry teenaged boy is the gluen free guy in our house, and he is hungry all the time! A basket full of pasta should satisfy him for a while! LOL!

  15. We are learning to embrace our new lifestyle since my children were diagnosed with celiac. My husband has been hesitant to go GF, even though I know he would feel much better. I am sure it came from his side of the family. He has a sister and 2 nephews with the disease. Items like these make "daily" meals so much easier. I would love to win!

  27. When I was a little girl my dad made pasta almost every night. But now that I am an adult and gluten free I have not had a good pasta meal in so long. Looking forward to new pasta ideas!

  28. Oh my, ladies, How could you? My eyes are big and my ideas are already chugging away. An Italian meal made in Heaven. As a celiac, I'd love to play with these goods in our kitchen. I'd even send you a new recipe or two after the big meal…:)

  29. Italian food has always been my favorite and I am always looking for new brands to try now that I have to be GF. Thanks for sharing! =)

  34. Yes, please I would love to try some (all) of these. I love pasta and hate not being able to eat any since having to go gluten free. Thank you for making these products and doing a free drawing giveaway. Any one that wins will be happy I am sure. Hope it's me!

  35. Looks yummy, can't go wrong with some italian food… wouldn't mind giving it a try, I am a foodie afterall even being gluten free

  36. Oh yum! Looks so good! I cant wait to try that tomato sauce, most sauce in the stores are processed in the same facility that processes wheat and my celiac husband is very sensitive to it so we hardly get Italian anymore. Yay new products 🙂

  37. We had just mastered homemade pasta when we learned of our gluten sensitivities. We have tried any and all that we can find in our local supermarkets. It's just OK. I'd love to try these.

  38. Sounds good – I hope it will be available over the internet, since it is next to impossible to find anything GF in my small town.

  39. love Lucini's tomato soup for my GFCF teen daughter – she loves that it is GF and dairy free and is SO yummy! It's products like these that make her GFCF lifestyle SO much easier on all of us…she can still have italian!

  40. Haven't tried this product yet..living with Celiac has been a challenge, looking forward to trying new products….

  41. I used to love Italian food so much, but now the only thing I ever really get is spaghetti and that is pretty rare. I live in a really rural area that has never even heard of celiac disease, so this would really help me out.

  42. I would love to try the products. Finding GF items is not easy here. I have to drive several hours to get to a Whole Foods or order online.

  43. I love Italian food, being able to get good gf pasta and bread product would be so wonderful! There is stuff available 40+ miles away, I stock up once in a while and then whine when I run out. ;~)

  44. My 9 y/o son has Celiac Disease and is always looking for new and good food. He tries to not be picky, but I can tell if he doesn't like some stuff. What kid does not want to sit down with his family of 6 and enjoy a good Italian meal. 🙂
    Appreciative Mom

  50. This would be fantastic to win, as my daughter was recently diagnosed with Celiac, so I know she would love to try some yummy pasta!! 🙂

  51. Hello, G-Free Foodie,
My celiac disease diagnosis is relatively new. I know what I can and can't eat, but it sure is frustrating! I'd love to learn how to "branch out" a bit, and lasagna would be the perfect start! I would LOVE to win this package (and I could fool my non celiace little boy and husband at the same time!) 🙂

  58. LOVE the idea of GF bundles. I'm already thinking of the GF folks on my Christmas list, especially the GF newbies who are still struggling with the transformation. An Italian Dinner sounds delightful. It was marathon weekend in the Twin Cities, and while I watched many runners enjoy their pasta the night before the race, I felt lucky to have chicken breast.
