Rudi’s Organic Bakery was founded in 1976 on the idea that there was a better, brighter way to make bread. “Consumers have told us for years that they were highly dissatisfied with gluten-free bread and bakery products. We created Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery so people with Celiac Disease and gluten intolerances can once again take pleasure in eating tasty healthy breads and baked goods.” Said Jen Pieknik, Marketing Manager of Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery.
And after 35 years they continue to set themselves apart by using only the highest quality, wholesome all-natural ingredients and keeping the look, texture & taste as good as regular breads, buns, rolls and pizza crusts.
Through partnerships, Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery hopes to elevate the level of education and awareness on Celiac Disease and gluten intolerances, ultimately driving toward a hope for a better, brighter future. Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery supports the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) and the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America (GIG) through initiatives like Spread the Bread.
Thanks Rudi’s Gluten Free Bakery for joining us at The Eat Well Event. And thank you for bringing us delicious gluten free breads.

I love love love the original Rudi's! It isn't a white bread but it makes the best grilled cheese! Costco use to sell it in the freezer section, but not any longer! 🙁
