This Dairy Free Mocha Coffee recipe is just what you need to get through that afternoon slump. Bottoms up!
The folks at Whole Foods Market asked me to choose some of my favorite Gluten Free products to be featured in their stores. Then, they let me loose in one of their kitchens to create delish recipes to share.
This is my 3pm pick-me-up treat (sometimes I have one at 3:30 and 4pm too.) I make it with the Dairy Free Coconut Creamer from So Delicious and super high-quality cocoa, because chocolate is serious business. I like to use coconut nectar, too. It’s the stuff they make coconut sugar from, so it provides sweetness with no sugar-crash. I’m drinking this because I’m trying to avoid a crash, not hit one!
Try it and let me know what you think! If you post a photo on Instagram, be sure to tag me at @gfreefoodie. I’d love to see your creations!

- Whole Foods Market compensated me for this post, my involvement in their New Year promotion and recipe development. My opinions are my own, because they’re mine. (Y’all know I don’t say things I don’t mean, right? Then I’d have to remember what I said!)
