The folks at Whole Foods Market asked me to choose some of my favorite Gluten Free products to be featured in their stores, and then they let me loose in one of their kitchens to create delish recipes to share.
This is my 3pm pick-me-up treat (sometimes I have one at 3:30 and 4pm too.) I make it with the Dairy Free Coconut Creamer from So Delicious, and super high-quality cocoa, because chocolate is serious business. I like to use coconut nectar too, it’s the stuff they make coconut sugar from, so it provides sweetness with no sugar-crash. And let’s be honest, I’m drinking this becuase I’m trying to avoid a crash, not hit one.
