K.C. Cornwell found herself at a turning point after being diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2009. As an established food & wine professional, K.C. needed to integrate her new gluten-free lifestyle into a busy schedule of traveling, dining out, and parenting. She created the concept for G-Free Foodie, a resource for flavorful gluten-free living including the tastiest products, a growing database of recipes and safe gluten-free dining options. K.C. has since collaborated with a number of medical professionals, gluten-free advocates, nutritional experts, chefs and other incredible minds to expand G-Free Foodie’s content, with the goal of helping more people live deliciously gluten-free.
K.C. has developed recipes for a number of clients, and has provided recipes and content for National Foundation for Celiac Awareness, Whole Foods Market, California Tourism & Travel Commission, and several gluten-free online sources. She shares her gluten free expertise and zest for life at events around the country, and on a number of media outlets. K.C. also appears often as a cooking and wine expert on live television throughout Central California.
Through her company California Pomegranate Co., K.C. and her team represent a number of food & wine brands, launch new products into market, promote restaurants and produce events.
