Just cause it’s friday. I’m gonna bring you some HEALTHY FOOD-SPIRATION!
I have been just a tad mia, so here is a recap of what I’ve been eating and some ideas for ya!

I wanted something ‘homey’ tasting but also healthy. So instead of a buffalo wings. I made my own take on it with tempeh & salad. I made Buffalo Tempeh & topped it on romaine salad mix, added chopped green onions and cashew cheeze dressing, for a ‘ranch’ feel

Another favorite of mine from a healthy diner we go to. I love they have organic eggs only in their restaurant. This is beans mixed with scrambled eggs, a very amazing spicy red sauce & lots of avocado @SwingersDiner

MY FAVORITE RAW FOOD PLACE IN Hollywood, Life Food Organic, I got the raw taquitos for lunch this week.

Buffalo Tempeh with Cauliflower & Kale Mash. I baked Tempeh in buffalo hot sauce for about 15 minutes at 450. Cauliflower Mash- Boil Cauliflower florets until soft. Cool. Then in food processor, blend until smooth, add in any spices you like. I added black pepper & cayenne of course. Then add steamed kale and stirred.

And guess who finally got a SPIRALIZER!!!! omg. Me. So happy. Already made this dinner twice after only having it 3 days. My boo loves it too! Yay. So for this dinner below. I added OG tomato basil sauce from TJ’s I love it. And then also in a different pan sauteed this ‘Beyond Meat crumble product in the sauce and topped the noodles with that.
